Hello,

I am a 25 year old Iraq war veteran and need some help with getting a charge expunged. In June 2010 I was given a attempted 4th degree burglary charge. I never broke into the house, just broke the screen window. The whole story is long and ridiculous, but I cannot change the courts terrible decision of my innocence. I read that with a Pbj I need to wait 3 years since the disposition to file for expungement. Is there anyway to try to get this taken off any earlier? This fourth degree burglary is making it almost impossible for me to find a good job. I am a college graduate and a war veteran, one little mistake has taken a pretty big toll on my life.

Also I have a bad record. Have not been in trouble in 3 years now. Didnt know my DL was not valid. I need to know how much money I need to have for your fees and what do think I would be looking at for this type of charge?

I think I need a lawyer. I live in Texas but got a ticket there for driving with no D.L.
I came back to Texas where I live and got my D.L fixed. What do I do?
I have court on April 27th.

Could you explain more about the expungment of a MD DUI? I was arrested and then elected to have PBJ for a DUI charge in March of 06. Do I need to disclose this on a Federal employement application? What should I do when they ask? Are the arrest and PBJ treated seperately? If you say the BPJ can only be seen by the Judge and I, is that the same for the arrest?

Hi, I T-Bboned someone at a red light and it was my fault. The officer charged me with failure to display my registration because I couldn’t find it right then and there. I offered it to the officed and he refused it so I got an extra ticket for $50. Also, I provided the officer with my license and “change of address” card and he failed to use that and put my olf address down. Because of that, the courts sent my suspension notice and court date papers to the old address to which I was unable to respond to so they suspended my license. The cop failed to use the proper information in 2 instances which suspended my license due to failure to appear and made it impossible to drive due to suspension of my license.I want to just pay my tickets so I can get to court and get my license.
What do I do? How much will it cost me to hire you bevause I am on disability and only make $1000 a month.

I recd a ticket 12/12/11. (Moving violation) I was waiting for a crt date. Never recd one. The middle of Feb I recd a suspension date for 3/12/12. I didnt no I had to make a request. I was told to go to a crt house to pay a penalty deposit by paying the whole ticket. So I did it. The crt told me to take receipt to mva. I did today. I com home and look n the mail box. There was my crt date or today at 9 am. . Wat should I do now? Is it to late to reschedule. Should I chuck it up n take the two pts? Please resp asap. Thank u
