Almost 6 years ago my boyfriend caught some charges. He plead guilty to 1st degree burgury and 2nd degree assualted. Since pleading quilty in 2006 he did almost 2 years in jail. He completed 3 years of probation and paid all his resitution. He has not been in trouble since those charges. We have been getting turned down for low income housing b/c his record. We have 3 children and need to see if we can get his record expunge so we can move on with life. Do you think he would have a chance or not if we went to the court?

Even if its your first time to get arrested for DUI, you should get an attorney. You can hop eto get a lighter penalty and just make sure that you learn to avoid being arrested again.

Hi Victor,
Thanks for contacting me.
I would need more information to answer your question, but that doesn't sound accurate. Please contact my office if you wish to talk about this further.

Hi Sabrina,

You cant expunge a PBJ or guilty finding for a DUI. The PBJ will only show up on the semi private PBJ record and is only available for inspection by you and the judiciary. Thanks for responding.

All the best.

Hi Todd,

Please contact my office at your convenience. Generally speaking, if the charge resulted in a conviction, it cannot be expunged. However, I'm happy to look it up for you and determine if you are eligible.

Hello, I recieved a negligent driving ticket along with a ticket for making an improper left turn at a red signal. I was wondering if you could give any advice on what i should do to handle this ticket? December 20 I will have all of my previous tickets off of my record. But i am current on a PBJ for a speeding ticket. However I recieved this ticket before I went to court and recieved the PBJ. Help??
